Aigul Koichumanova — General Manager (CEO) of AK&P company
A native of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, Koichumanova Aigul graduated with honours in her Economics in Civil Engineering bachelors’ degree from Frunze Polytechnic Institute, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
She served as head of economics and planning department in large construction companies. She has been a financial director of ” KyrgyzEnergoholding” JSC. Aigul Koichumanova has trained extensively in Moscow, Vienna and London. She was an associate banker in the Bishkek Residence Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development over 7 years. She also worked in the Power&Energy team of EBRD at the head office located in London, UK. In 2004 she was named a senior project officer in “Kazkommerts Securities” in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2005 Aigul Koichumanova has been working as a financial adviser to the President of “Almaty International Airport” JSC.
Aigul Koichumanova is the founder and general manager of AK&P Consulting Company.

Alexander Boezaart – Dairy industry Consultant
Alex Boezaart graduated from the Agricultural College and course for Dairy specialists in the Netherlands. He worked in the Dutch branch of Nestle, in the affiliates of Campina in the Netherlands, Poland and Russia and Kazakhstani branch of Lactalis. Since 2009 Alex Boezaart is in charge as a Consultant for AK&P mainly at Raimbek Group in Almaty. His specialities: Dairy Industry, Food Production, Plant Management, Structure Re-Organisation, Quality Control, Efficiency Optimisation, Cost Control, Project Management & Supervision.

Amangul Shamshatova — Senior Project Manager
Amangul Shamshatova graduated in Finance and Economics from the Kazakh State Agrarian University, Almaty.
Since 1998, Amangul Shamshatova has been working as a Credit Manager in “Kazkommertsbank” JSC, then a Senior Project Manager in Direct Investment and Corporate Finance Department of “Kazkommerts Securities” JSC.
Since 2006 she has been working as a financial manager for “Mobile Telecom - Service” LTD.

Yrysbek Tashbaev - Transport and Logistics Consultant.
Yrysbek Tashbaev graduated with honours Frunze Polytechnic Institute, Bishkek. He received his Master Degree in Moscow Road and Automobiles Institute, together with PhD in Technical Science. Yrysbek Tashbaev has been trained by the EU TACIS program in a filed of Logistics and Supply Chain in the universities and companies of England, Holland, Germany and Belgium. He was an Executive Director of business development in a consulting firm” A DAN DZO” and managed a number of logistic audits in Russia. Moreover, he used to work as a Deputy Director of the Institute of Research of Goods and Wholesale Markets (ITKOR), Moscow.
Since 2007 Yrysbek has been working as a General Manager of “Logistics audit and Consulting service” LTD (STS Logistics), Moscow.

Murat Narembaev — Oil&Gas Industry Consultant
Murat Narembaev achieved his degree in “geology and oil&gas wells prospecting” from K.S. Satpaev Kazakh Polytechnic Institute. He has been working in the oil and gas industry from 1974. He participated in developing Kazakhstani oil and gas wells in different regions: Mangystau (Zhetybai, Yuzhnyi Zhetybai, Asar, Tasbulat, Oimasha, Rakushechnoe, Alatube, Arystanovskoe, Shagyrly-Shomyshty and other), Aktobe (Vostochnyi Mortuk), Aturay (Novobogatinsk, Zapadnyi, Karagan, Kozha Yuzhnyi), Zhambyl (Amangeldy).

Zhamilya Medetbekova — Financial Manager
Zhamilya Medetbekova graduated with honours from the National Economy Institute, Almaty.
Previously, Zhamilya has been working as a Financial Manager of PATH National Ltd in London, United Kingdom. She was a Deputy Chief Accountant at ECO Secretary. Zhamilya Medetbekova used to work as a Chief Accountant for the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Tehran, Iran. She was named Consultant for a Mass Privatisation Project by Ernst & Young, USAID in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Igor Loktin — Civil Engineering Consultant
Igor Loktin graduated with honours from Zhambyl Irrigation and Drainage Construction Institute and Kuibyshev Moscow Engineering Construction Institute. Also has a Master’s degree from Moscow Scientific Research Institute Concrete Institute. Igor Loktin was awarded with a bronze medal by VDNH of USSR.
Previously, he used to work as a Design Engineer in “Elikon” company, a Technical director in “Monolit Engineering”, and Director in “Sertiko” firm. Since 2005 –up to 2008 Igor Loktin has been working as an Engineering Manager of “KNAUF Kapchagai Gyps” JSC.

Aiya Subankulova – creative director
Aiya Subankulova graduated from Bishkek Academy of Finance and Economy, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
She gained working experience in consulting companies, including AK&P since 2002.
2004 – 2006 - Representative of PUM program in South Kazakhstan, ShYmkent city.
2006-2009 - Business Development Advisor in GRATA Law Firm- the biggest law firm in Central Asia.
Since 2009 – Creative Director in AK&P
