“Senior Experts of Kazakhstan”

“Senior Experts of Kazakhstan” organization (KSE) – is a not-for-profit organisation to help management of SMEs in the regions of Kazakhstan during economic crisis by taking advantage of knowledge and experience of the European and local senior experts. KSE will be also assisting in implementation of “Way to Europe” state program.

Goals

1. Encourage retired and pre- retired professional staff and top managers of Kazakhstani enterprises actively participate in social life and transfer the of knowledge and know -how to SMEs in the regions of Kazakhstan and CIS countries.
2. Co-operate with organisations of the Confederation of European Senior Experts, known as CESES.
3. Motivate the SMEs owners and managers to implement modern resource-saving technologies, promote advanced ecological solutions.

Objectives

• Attract most experienced European managers and business experts to visit SMEs in the regions of Kazakhstan, promote transfer of advanced management skills.
• Create a database of experts origin of Kazakhstan and CIS countries and engage the experts in the SMEs projects in Kazakhstan and CIS countries.
• Expand the SMEs networks via establishing business contacts and partnerships with European companies and participating in CESES Business links program.
• Assist to the SMEs in searching and further implementing of energy-, water-, raw material conservation technologies and advise on ecological aspects.
